What's hot? What can it tell us?
Hotmap is a graphical technique that displays data density through colour changes. In matrix-based data, different depths of colour represent the size or frequency of distribution of values, allowing users to identify instantaneously both “hot spots” (high-value areas) and “cold spots” (low-value areas) in the data set.
The hottest application scene
1. Time distribution analysis: for example, display of the number of site visits per hour within a week, and identification of the busiest time periods.
2. Relevance Matrix: Visualize the correlation coefficients between different variables to facilitate the statistical analysis of multiple variables.
3. Financial surveillance: Visually displaying the rise and fall of the shares of the different plates.
4. Geographical distribution: display regional flows or heat for sale on a simplified grid map.
How do you use this generator?
Only paste the data in CSV format to the left area. Our algorithms automatically handle the first row and first row labels. By adjusting the custom colour scheme, you can produce high-quality charts that are consistent with the aesthetics of professional reports. All processing is done in the local browser without fear of data leakage.
