Translation of discounts and “triple discounts”

In China, we used to use a “triple discount” to express preferences, which was slightly different from the international "% OFF":

Ninety percent off: The equivalent of 90 per cent of the original price, or 10 per cent of the cost.
Fifty-cent discount: The equivalent of half price, 50% OF FF.
1 discount: The equivalent of 10% of the original price, or 90% of the cost.
