Depth resolution: how can science be used to improve health?

Water is the source of life, and it weighs 60% of human body weight. Over. It is not only involved in the transportation of nutrients and the discharge of metabolic waste, but also plays a central role in body temperature regulation, joint lubrication and brain function maintenance. This tool allows you to customise the water rehydration plan that best suits your physical needs.

Scientific basis for calculating drinking water volumes

The formula used in the medical profession is usually based on weight:

  • Basic metabolism: Approximately 30-35 ml of water per kilogram of body weight.
  • Campaign compensation: For each 30 minute exercise, it is recommended that an additional water of about 350 ml be added.
  • Environmental regulation: In high temperatures or dry environments, skins take large amounts of water by sweat, requiring an increase in intake of 500-800 ml.

Why is it too late to drink water when you are thirsty?

When you are thirsty, the body is usually already in a mild dehydration of 1-2%. This may lead to:

  • Perceptions Decline: Isolated attention, short-term memory loss.
  • Slower metabolic: Blood heat is increasing and the heart burden is increasing.
  • Dark skin: Lack of moisture support, reduced flexibility and increased fine print.

3. Optimal timing of recharge

  1. First cup in the morning: Wake up the stomach, thin blood.
  2. Half an hour before the meal: Increased abdominal saturation, assisted digestion.
  3. Before and after the exercise: The principle of “minus repeated” is followed to avoid short-term intoxication.
  4. An hour before bed: Small quantities of water are provided to prevent drying at night while avoiding sleep disruption.

4. It is not only pure water that is used to refill water

About 20% of your total intake Sourced from food (especially vegetables and fruit). Although coffee and tea are urine-friendly, they still contribute water to the body, provided they are utilised. However, the water recharge efficiency is lower because of high permeability pressure.

Note: The recommended volume of this tool is applicable to healthy adults. If you have kidney disease, heart failure or are taking a specific drug, you must comply with the medical instructions to limit or adjust the amount of drinking water. Overdose (water poisoning) is also a risk.
